Why is Libya still standing?

Have you read Gaddfai's autobiography? Have you seen the weird **** he does? This man is an idiot. He doesn't seem competent enough to run anything outside of a fast food chain, and even than that's unlikely. It literally amazes me that Libya isn't a smoking crater right now.
