What must I bring with me to the DMV when applying for a H endorsement to my current Cal. CDL A?

I can't find anyplace where it tells me what I must bring in to the DMV with me when just adding an endorsement to my current Ca. CDL-A. I even called the DMV and they couldn't tell me.
