What happens if someone snitched i had weed in school but i don't possess it anymore?

now supposibly the principle called my friend and told him he was going to talk to us and might get arrested, when we com back from the the weekend. what can i do to get out of the situation i wasnt the one who brought it to school..or so i wont get in trouble
