What's the best touch screen phone to buy in the philippines if i have only 12 thousand pesos?

I'm trying to find a good touch phone with a decent sized screen but so far I'm undecided. There are so many options but my major criteria is that it should have a good performance and should support any type of image file because I'm planning to read Japanese manga in it.
