What are some signs of pregnancy if your tracking ovulation?

what i mean is i have been pregnant before so i know about the nausea, the peeing a lot, and the other symptoms. this time around i decided to try to keep track of ovulation. i believe i have already ovulated due to the symptoms of having stretchy mucus and my bbt has spiked. that was a week ago. my bbt is still up ( period is due in seven days) and my mucus dried up some really turned more sticky after it went up, but it has seemed to get a little heavy again and it kinda seems stretchy again just not as bad. so my question is can cervical mucus and bbt help you tell if you may be pregnant? if so what would the cm be like and what would the bbt be like? and i know the only sure way to tell is by a test, im just wondering if anyone has suspected pregnancy these ways and been right.
