PIG Farmers allowed by FDA to Buy Poisoned Pet Wheat...?

I have my doubts, last I heard the FDA was euthanizing all of the animals exposed to melamine in order to prevent exposure to humans. Multiple pigs have been euthanized and they were (don't know if they still are) looking at a chicken farm with exposed feed as well.
