Korea tour length... one or two year?

when i found out my first duty station would be korea i started to get excited about being able to have my family with me, well, now it is near impossible due to command sponsorship problems and changes. at my levy brief i said i would do two years with family. however i never finished the paperwork for it. my orders were cut while i was in the process of finishing it. i have since decided to abandon effort as getting my family over would take almost 2 years anyway and now want to do the one year. am i screwed and still have to do 2 years even though CSP never went through? or did i automatically revert to the one year tour with out csp?
