Is a bad headache with shortness of breath and chest pressure with heart rate 115 anf 130/78 bp normal?

About 6 years ago, after complaining of throbbing sensation in chest and dizziness, my cardiologist at the time notified me after a few tests that one of my heart valves doesn't always close properly and some blood flows back the other direction causing dizziness and discomfort. I also suffered from severe, debilitating headaches causing trembling, almost seizure like symptoms while sleeping. I'm now 25 yrs old and my headaches have recently returned in the past few months with a vengeance. I get severe headache and chest pressure & shortness of breath that is continuous with daily episodes. My last BP taken a couple days ago was like 130/78 and Pulse rate of 115 at rest. I usually have an aerobic heart rate of around 170-180 average. I'm constantly taking deep breaths, feeling a heaviness on my chest and sometimes a pinching pain. I sometimes wake up gasping if sleeping on my back, and before I was given Advair for my asthma I yawned all day even if not sleepy just to satisfy that feeling of needing air. All of this started to unfold badly after catching several bad chest colds every couple months. Should I be concerned at all, or should i just ignore and deal?
