I'm 18. how do i press charges against my dad for child abuse, and ual harment that occured as a child?

He physically beat me, kicked me out of the house temporarily as a minor, accused me of being a at age 11, blamed my molestation on me, beat me for being "ugly" tried to starve me one night, stabbed my head with a sewing needle claiming that my head was bleeding and that he canceled my medical insurance, etc. 2 days ago, he kicked me out of "his" house with absolutely no notification (although i am a non-paying 18yr. old tenant this is still illegal). His influence and involvement in my life has affected me for the worse and i wish to press charges and get compensation (legal and financial) for his actions against me.
