How exactly did Albus Dumbledore die in Harry Potter.?

Snape kills him as agreed between him and Dumbledore. Snape and Dumbledore both knew that if he let Dumbledore live, his cover as a follower of Voldemort would be shattered and he would kill them both. Dumbledore wanted Snape to continue finding out information as he had been doing.
