give the dog time some times when they have been in a kennel all the time it takes time for they to get adjusted to the new surroundings. do not hase the dog, get on the floor and have some special treat like cooked chicken when he comes by you talk very gentley and try to feed the dog the chicken. it might take some time but the dog has to learn to trust you.
