Alexandre Jacob, Watercolour painting.?

The art gallery label has crumbled with age, the number is b114 and titled ' Belle ma...? The painting depicts a foggy morning lake scene with a man in his boat with tall trees behind him on the left. the signature A.Jacob is on the right. size 22"x18" I bought the painting from a flea market some 20 plus years ago and would love an appraisal on his work.....thank you.
