Confused about pac sun sizes?

I'm just stating what I know... the extreme skinny jeans you cannot get off your ankles or bend your knees in, I have the smallest ankles you'll ever see and i couldn't get em off. I'm a 0 in AE but I wear a 1 in pacsun. Go 1 - 2 sizes up. A size 2 in AE is a 25 and a half at the waist I believe. I would go with a 4... or just buy them in the store.
