Are white people perfect,are they with out mistakes...please explain this?

Every country around this globe composed of non whites,express the need to improve and do better culturally.All, and I mean All non whites, around the earth tell themselves as a RACE what they must do as a race of people to enrich the lives of their culture.Non whites use TV,Books,Magazines,News Papers,and various periodicals to communicate the serious needs of their race.And they don't hide it either,anyone can google and look up issues of these people culturally.So we come back to my original question at the outset.Where can you find white people regularly questioning their Race for their betterment? I'm not talking about we as in everyone,or we all this and that.But actually saying We as white people need to etc... Unless they are saying they are Perfect?
